Glamping on An Island of Discovery off West Cork

Glamping with Wild Atlantic Glamping on Bere Island in West Cork is a unique experience.

Wild Atlantic Glamping is located at the East end of Bere Island in Ardagh, just a mile from Rerrin Village. Visitors can immerse themselves in the magic of this idyllic location and explore the unique coastline of the island. A holiday at Wild Atlantic Glamping is all about making memories – exploring rock pools, jumping off the pier, eating freshly caught fish, toasting marshmallows over the campfire, discovering hidden coves on a kayak and enjoying the freedom of being on an island. Wild Atlantic Glamping is a place where you can disconnect from the stresses of everyday life and immerse yourself in nature.

There are 10 luxury bell tents available to hire, each named after a hidden gem on the island. Each tent has its own private terrace with chairs so that you can relax and enjoy the sea views. Electricity, cool bag, fresh linen and towels are provided to each tent to ensure your stay is peaceful and comfortable, and our welcome pack contains a selection of local produce.

The site is located right on the shore and has everything you need to make the most of your island adventure. The communal building provides top of the range cooking and dining facilities and is just at the edge of the glamping area. There is a large, warm, bright activity room available to rent for workshops, retreats, training, private parties, family get togethers and events. The site has direct access to the sea, perfect for swimming, diving, kayaking and sailing. We have teamed up with Bantry Bay Kayaks to offer guided kayak tours and kayak rental from the shore just below the campsite.
